Directions for Use:

Traditional Method (with charcoal):Use a heat-resistant incense burner filled with sand. Hold a charcoal disc with tongs, light it until it crackles, then place it on the sand. Wait until it is covered with gray ash before placing a few grains of resin on it.

Gentle Method (with candle):Use a suitable essential oil burner (oil burner type). Place a tea light candle underneath. Place the resin grains in the upper dish. The gentle heat will diffuse the fragrance with little to no smoke. You can line the dish with aluminum foil to facilitate cleaning.
