Instructions for use:

Traditional method (with charcoal):Use a heat-resistant incense burner filled with sand. Hold a hot charcoal with tongs, light it until it crackles, then place it on the sand. Wait until it is covered with gray ash before placing a small pinch of powder on it.

Gentle method (with candle):Use a suitable fragrance burner (oil burner type). Place a tea light candle underneath. Place a small amount of powder in the top dish. The gentle heat will diffuse the soothing fragrance with little to no smoke. You can line the dish with aluminum foil for easier cleaning.
